As one of the lab managers for the MICL, I oversee daily operations; coordinate hiring, scheduling, and training research assistants; and co-organize lab meetings and events.

 

My research interests focus on group attitudes and the effects of stereotyping. More specifically, I am interested in studying in-group/out-group effects and inter-attitudinal processes. My goal in conducting research is to bridge the gap between in-group and out-group members.
